With over a decade of experience in non-standard furniture — project managing and guiding clients through complex custom solutions — I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, from private homeowners to businesses, government institutions and the HoReCa sector (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés). I also spent four years as a real estate broker, which gave me a broader perspective on how people interact with spaces.

As a furniture sales manager, I collaborated closely with many architects and interior designers. These relationships deepened my curiosity about the creative process and eventually led me to work as an interior designer myself for three years, further expanding my understanding of both design and functionality.

Throughout my career, I noticed that clients often asked similar questions. This inspired me to write an e-book that guides readers through the entire journey — from planning and choosing furniture to installation and maintenance. I also covered common mistakes and overlooked details that can cause problems later on.

After publishing the book, I realized how much more there is to say. Like nature, our living environments are always evolving. Many insights didn’t fit into the book and that’s what this blog is for: a space to share fresh ideas, practical tips and real-life lessons in real time.

I know that many people choose to design their own homes or offices. Often, they achieve great results — despite a few minor missteps. Some do it for the joy of creating, others for budget reasons — and both are perfectly valid. My goal is to support and inspire both types of readers: those designing independently and those working with professionals but seeking solid, practical advice.
